We only hire 525+ scorers. Most companies in the MCAT prep industry espouse a 95th percentile minimum for instructors/tutors. To be clear, 95th percentile on the MCAT is a great score (approximately 518), but it has been our experience that even most 99th percentile (521) scorers come up short when asked to teach “off script,” which necessarily limits the scope of instruction available to you.
